This Course is only for ZSFGH staff only.
This course in the skills session of the Neonatal Resuscitation Program ( NRP ).
NRP Examination: (INSTRUCTIONS)
- Passing the online NRP exam 7th edition (lesson 1-11) is a requirement prior to taking the skills session. ( all participants need to take all 11 lessons)
- You are required to present your passing certificate of the online exam on the day of the class for admittance.
- The fee of the online exam is $35.00
- You need to pass the online exam within 2 weeks of online registration.
- Participants can repeat the exam as many times as possible to pass the exam within 2 weeks from the online registration.
- To take the exam, go to http://www2.aap.org/nrp/ • Click on NRP online examination on the left side of the screen. Proceed to take the online exam.
- You must print your Certificate of Completion for the online exam
- Do not forget your login ID and password for your NRP online test site. You will need to log in again in order to print your card.
To facilitate learning and participation, if the group is larger than 6, we will divide the group into two. The first group will be at scheduled at 0800 am to 10:00 am and the second group will be scheduled from 1030 am to 1230 pm.
You will receive an email a 1 week before the scheduled NRP days, letting you know which group you will be in, and what time you are scheduled to attend.

To borrow a book:
We have limited NRP books 7th edition. It will be first come first serve basis. NRP books can be purchased at http://shop.aap.org/product-list/?q=NRP%20book#sort=relevance&page=6&q=NRP book or Amazon
Books can be borrowed from the hospital library (Barnette Briggs library). Hours are Monday to Friday from 0800 am to 5pm or call x63114.
Please bring your ZSFGH ID badge and present it to the librarian to be able to borrow a NRP book.
